2. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
• Please provide correct address and contact details.

3. Damage Policy (Important)
Please open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person.
If the mirror is damaged:
• Make a clear unboxing video
• Take photos of the box and product
• Inform us within 12 hours of delivery Without proper proof, damage claims cannot be accepted.

4. Return & Replacement Policy
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Replacement is available for transit damage, wrong product, or manufacturing defect.
• Returns are not accepted for personal reasons or change of mind. Approved replacement will be sent within 5–7 working days.

5. Refund Policy
• Refund is processed only after product verification.
• Approved refund amount will be credited to your wallet.
• Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.
• Refund time: 5–10 working days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except our mistake).
