By purchasing from IBLU, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Products (Mirrors & Others)
• Products must be checked at delivery.
• Damage must be reported within 12 hours.
• Returns allowed within 3 days (as per policy).
• No responsibility after delivery for mishandling.

2. Vape & Restricted Products
• Buyer must be 18+ years old.
• Vapes are sold for legal personal use only.
• Customer is responsible for local laws.
• No return/refund on opened vape products.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported immediately.

3. Payments
• Full payment required before dispatch.
• COD may include extra charges.

4. Company Rights
• We can cancel suspicious orders.
• Fake claims will be rejected.
• Policy may change without notice.
